Terms and Conditions
The following terms describe the conditions that will regulate the purchase agreement between the BUYER and the company SUPELLEX HOME S.A.S, which are considered accepted from the beginning of any commercial transaction.
1.0 DELIVERIES AND TRANSPORTATION
The product is considered ready for delivery once its production is finished and the payment for it has been paid in full by the customer.
The production times of the product are between 5 and 8 weeks.
The transport must be canceled by the buyer in accordance with what is quoted in relation to the size of the product purchased, the quantity and the city of destination.
The buyer must check his product at the time of delivery. In case of finding blows or damages, you must notify the transport company immediately.
Additional services such as lifting by pulleys outside facades, windows or terraces, and special installations will be assumed by the buyer, directly with a third party specialized in the service.
The buyer will have full freedom to choose the option of “picking up at the factory” where he will be responsible for transporting his product to its final destination. In this case, the buyer will sign a receipt according to the state in which the product is received and will be responsible for any subsequent damage caused by private transport.
1.1 INSTALLATIONS
In the case of products such as dining tables and beds, the product will arrive with easy installation / assembly instructions that you can do on your own with simple homemade tools or pay for the installation service in your city.
Additional services such as lifting by pulleys outside facades, windows or terraces, and special installations will be assumed by the buyer, directly with a third party specialized in the service.
2.0 WARRANTY POLICY
SUPELLEX HOME S.A.S offers a guarantee on its products in the following categories:
Guarantee on structure: We offer guarantee on the structure (internal) of the product up to two (2) years after its purchase in relation to defects in production, construction or defective material in the furniture. In the event that a defect is found, the producer will decide at its discretion the solution of this for each case, whether it be repair or replacement of the part.
Guarantee on fabrics: We offer the guarantee of each marketer of the chosen fabric, which covers on regular use up to 1 year on original factory defects. It does not cover damages, tears, stains, discolorations caused by misuse, regular deterioration, wrong exposure of the fabric, or change in appearance due to improper cleaning processes.
Warranty on fittings and rails We provide a five (5) year warranty on the correct operation of the rails and fittings of our products, conditional on the correct use for which the product was designed, without abuse of weight, force and handling, transfers, or accidents.
IMPORTANT
* This Warranty covers the first purchaser of the product, enjoyed at the original delivery address. It does NOT cover damage due to transportation or subsequent removals.
No guarantee will be effective on:
- Defects and damages resulting from negligence, improper use or accidents.
- Any condition resulting from misuse or improper maintenance and cleaning.
- Damage caused by liquids, chemicals, secretions or stains.
- Normal deterioration of use in padding and foam.
In case of requiring transportation from your home to the factory for repairs, the BUYER will assume the cost of transportation to the city where the product was purchased.
